The quality and efficiency of injection system operation can to be achieved through development and creation of gasoline pump with thyratron motor of direct current with electronic control package for fuel delivery from the tank to internal-combustion engine.

Creation of gasoline pump with thyratron motor reflects the general tendency arising in electro technical field, in which this kind of motors are being widely used in driving gear that request a better resource of operation and high reliability.

In the existing systems of injection only gasoline pumps with collector motors that have significant drawbacks: high fire risk because of rubbing contacting pair and collector plate-brush, that can cause a sparkle in the open air in explosive area when the tank is not completely filled; short-term of collector knot operation, that make the gasoline pump, which is non-permanent, out of action; increased noise of collector knot during operation; collector knot can cause high-frequency noise and this requires additional equipment to neutralize it; deterioration of graphite brushes increases the content of harmful substances in used gas.

Thus gasoline pumps with collector motor used nowadays have serious drawbacks and that's why they don't fully meet the modern requirements of safety, reliability and comfort at exploitation of cars. It's necessary to find new technical decisions that will allow development and creation of a gasoline pump construction deprived of the above-mentioned flaws and with higher characteristics of exploitation.

Gasoline pump with thyratron motor of direct current has the following advantages: safe in operation, it has strengthened resource and reliability, it is of low noise and it doesn't cause high-frequency noise, it's simpler in construction and assembling technology, it doesn't pollute the environment.

The purpose of this Research and development project is to create development and creation of gasoline pump with thyratron motor of direct current with electronic control unit in injection system. The following works will be fulfilled: research, calculation, production and testing of the thyratron motor, including rotor, stator and electronic control unit and pump block with an operating component of turbulence type.

This gasoline pump is to substitute the existing pump with collector motor for fuel delivery from the tank to internal-combustion engine in injection systems of a car.

The intellectual property for is prohibited by the patent and five invention applications.
